Use

Recommended daily amount and directions for use: take 2 capsules 3 times daily with a meal and water. The recommended daily amount should not be exceeded. The food supplement is not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet. Store tightly closed in a dry place at room temperature. Keep out of reach of children! Date and expiry date (at least until the end of the shelf life): stamped on the bottom of the bottle (month and year).
